When should you weigh yourself after a ''gaining phase''

Like the title says. I tried out a challenge for the last week. Yesterday, the day after it, I weighted myself and today again with a noticably lower number. When would I get the most accurate measurement result for a before/after weight? Cause I'm thinking the day directly after there might still be like water retention and foods which aren't completely digested yet. Making the number be bigger than it actually would be. Basically the body not yet being in ''normal daily'' mode again.

I'm curious for the answers. Cause I would definitely like to have an accurate before and after measurement

The best time to weigh yourself is before breakfast and after you have used the bathroom.

Also, make sure you are drinking enough fluids and eating things with fiber so things digest easier.

I was curious trying to drink one shake high in calories everyday for a week

I mean weighing specifically after the ''challenge''. Not in general. To get an idea of what the shakes have done. With an accurate measurement.

If all you are doing is adding one daily shake to your diet for a week, then you can weigh yourself like normal. You aren't going to have copious amounts of food struggling to digest inside of you.

Well there you go.

Looking at your pictures, I doubt you have the capacity needed to eat so much it takes several days to digest it all. And if you get there with your capacity, it would be more a case of lack of fiber or water.
