Stuffing

Improving capacity

One reason for stuffing is to improve your capacity.

Any stories about this? How much can you stuff now compared to when you started? How much weight (if any) did you gain in that time?

Yeah, that’s actually one of the things I love most about stuffing - seeing my body slowly adapt.

When I started, I’d feel full after a decent meal, but now I can go much further. I’ve definitely noticed my capacity growing and my belly too.
I’ve gained a good amount, slowly but steadily. Not just weight, but also confidence and excitement. It’s like training a muscle, but way more delicious.

My partner has a gastic bypass long before we met. He didn't have a very big capacity, but that didn't stop him from regaining all the weight he lost and then some.

Still, he wanted to be able to eat more. So I systematically stretched his stomach over 6 months. He did very well - got up to over 14kcal in a day at one point.

Of course, that's not sustainable, but the capacity was insane.

I’ve seen definite improvement in my capacity! When I started really trying to get big around 9 months ago, I could eat a decent meal and be full in no time.

I started doing a daily soda bloat, and would gradually increase the amount of soda each time. In the start I could do like 2 liters an I was in pain, now however I can chug a good 8 liters before it starts to hurt🤩

So with the soda bloats I think I stretched my stomach quite a bit cause I ended up being hungry all the time and didn’t ever really feel full when eating. Which might explain an almost 80 pound weight gain in a little over 4 months 😅

Careful. 80 lbs in 4 months is not sustainable. Setting yourself up for a wold of hurt.

Just Looking:
That's insane how do you avoid shaking? When I have too much sugar I start shaking like a leaf on a tree and start to feel sick but then again I'm also on the smaller side in terms of being a feedee

when i bloat i tend to do it with sugar free sodas, i have tried with regular sodas, but i got dizzy from all the sugar 😅

I hear from many people the weight from rapid gains doesn't stick. The flip side of that is when you stretch your stomach permanently and weight gain becomes very difficult to control. That happened to me.

I've always been fat, and I've never had trouble putting away a big meal. At one point, on medical advise, I got down to 190 ,which, while still obese, is my lowest adult weight. Not liking it one bit, I started gaining on purpose, and that ultimately led to an obsession with rapid gains and very extreme stuffings. I funneled, I took appetamin, I chugged, and my stuffings became bigger and bigger. I was blowing up at an unbelievable rate, including one gaining spurr of 80 pounds in two months and a gain of 55 pounds between Christmas and New Years. I was eating 25,000 or more calories everyday, and eventually that no longer filled me up. It I had a 10,000 calorie day, I felt like I hadn't eaten at all. I reached what I thought was my absolute weight cap of 500 in December 2023. The thing is, my stomach didn't get that message. As it turns out, I did permanent damage that would require surgery to reverse, and I'm currently too big, at 650, for that surgery. So I struggle... Every day... to keep my calories at maintenance and drink tons of water, but I still feel like I'm starving. And then I have weak moments. A couple of weeks ago, I had a few triggering experiences, and I went to food for comfort. I gained 12 pounds, and despite shoveling down tens of thousands of calories (and feeling nauseated by grease once), I never once felt truly full. I said all this to say, it's possible to stretch your stomach irreversibly and destroy your fullness signals, which creates a risk of other complications.

I'd really like to do the same thing! How long did it take for you to work your way up from 2 liters to 8? What sorts of sodas did you find best for it? Was your body ok with all that sodium? How did you know when you reached your limit? How long did it take you to drink all that?

It took around 4 months to really build up the capacity, so I started doing soda bloats throughout the week, sometimes I did them every other day, so one day doing a bloat one day without, kinda thing. Or else I would go for at least 3-4 times a week.

I found that suger free coke was the easiest for me to chug in huge amounts, I tried some knockoff cola sodas, but they didn’t sit right in my stomach.

I know I’ve reached my limit when I physically can’t drink anymore😅 I feel like I could puke, but I don’t, the first couple of times I really pushed my limit I didn’t know when to stop, but as you continue doing it you learn to listen to your body.

If I’m going for chugging 8 liters to really bloat and push my limits I can do it in about 30-35 minutes, but most of the time I do it more slowly and it takes about an hour.
