My weights been stagnant past month and a half at 16 stone I usually have 3x takeaways a week and have started incorporating 2x dinners along with the days I have takeaways I snack a lot every day and have started having 1 can of alcohol every 2 days and go to buffets once a month dk if its an issue to do with slow metabolism or needing to go over my daily calorie intake

Start by tracking the ammount of calories you are eating

I used a calculator and found that you’ll need to exceed around 2k just to exceed how much calories you burn in day to day activity, not including your activity level

People radically underestimate how much they need to eat in order to gain, and this is counter intuitive to the way our bodies gain not trying to but that happens over long periods of time
