Fat experiences

Facial hair for fat emphasis

What draws the most attention to chubby cheeks and a double chin?

Some people think a full beard covers up a fat face, or does it just draw more attention?

Some people think shaving it all off makes them look doughy and soft.

What about middle of the road, enough facial hair to emphasize where the jawline would be if it wasn't buried under layers of creamy fat? Like Bigbelly365 for example

I think the facial hair that draws the most attention is the folks who still shave to their jawline, when they have a very large double chin. It’s like they’re accenting what used to be.

It all depends on the face shape and the beard. But, as a general rule of thumb, if you want to use your beard to slim your face down, you need to be able to grow a full beard.

Yes! Accenting what used to be is a good way to put it. Hot take: shaving to the jawline on a fat face is the facial hair equivalent of wearing pants at what used to be the waistline even though now it's the widest part.
