I've both stuffed myself in public and been fed many many times. When I was gaining, my now-husband and I would frequently go out to eat after I had already stuffed either at home or on fast food on the way. We'd order multiple appetizers, entrees, and dessert, and I'd eat 90 percent of it. We'd be reasonably discreet, and he'd only hand-feed me a few bites here and there. It was most fun back when I was 300-325 pounds, because I was already fat enough to draw attention, but still small enough to see my belly visibly bulge out. Once, we caught a server's attention when he poked my gut, which had grown hard and tight from my indulgence. Good times.

We did have a lot of fun! I'm not gaining anymore, but I used to be a super stuffer. I had pushed my capacity so far, I was consuming 20,000 calories a day at one point, and I was capable of putting away massive quantities. As an example, my regular order at one place was 10 boneless wings, a large deep dish pizza, a fried chicken club salad, and a garlic bread appetizer, a piece of turtle cheesecake, and a couple of beers. I'd finish it all in about an hour and a half, while my now husband would have a side Caesar salad and six wings. The pizza alone, being a true deep dish more than two inches thick, was about 8,000 calories. I'd always gain about three or four permanent pounds after that order.
