I can’t drink heavy cream without throwing up from the taste 😭
Does anyone have some useful alternatives? Boost VHC is what I normally go for but it’s expensive.

I know a lot of people who use the "pigslop" formula, but it's not a drink, it's vanilla pudding with protein powder and heavy cream.

If you just want something to drink, you can try coconut milk or coconut cream. You can also make a shake or smoothie of your choice with peanut butter or your nut butter alternative of choice.
