Meal prep, honestly. Pick a day when you'll have time and energy and make your food for the week. Make sure to have a stash of snacks as well.

I'd also pick a day where you stuff yourself silly. You can order out or have something prepared. You can also make yourself a weight gain shake to indulge in when you come home.

Lotta options, honestly. I will say this is a great time of year for soups and stews. Easy to make, easy to store. You can make them as calorie dense as you want.

Throw in some bread with garlic butter, some cheese, and other fixings? Magnificent.

I work retail and there are some ways.

Maybe get an air fryer or a deep fat fryer if your oven takes a long time to cook food.

Maybe also see if there's any cheap fast food places near where you live or any cheap food you can find that requires little prep work e.g. spaghetti.

I usually end up just eating a chocolate bar for lunch which I buy from the supermarket next door because my breaks are relatively short.

Shakes are a very good option

I recommend
200ml of heavy cream
400ml of milk
100g maltodextrin
Plus something that adds flavour like protein powder (whey) no casein since I would fill u up more

Chocolate bars on hand,

Deepfry as much stuff as u can
