Moving goalposts or slowly accepting the true goal

Hey, sorry if this post doesn’t fit in this tab, I am new here and still figuring out this amazing place that feels welcoming. With that said, here are my thoughts.

The more I gained, the more I started to notice I move the goalpost. It starts with small and then “another 50” when I move up in my scale. I’m at the point where I am debating to go to 600lbs or even a bit higher. Idk if any of you have a similar experience. Maybe it’s just a slow acceptance that I want to be nothing but a waddling barely mobile fatso that wants to stay in the house all day

I guess it depends on the person. I want to be bigger, but distant milestones never really worked for me. It wasn’t until I let go and, without forcing it, realized I already had an “overweight version of me” in my head that small steps actually started to move me forward.
