For a long time, society pushed narrow beauty standards that excluded fat bodies and caused a lot of self doubt. But what I think is goos news is that attitudes are slowly changing. Fat positivity encourages people to see beauty and value in bodies of all sizes, especially bigger women. Many people admire fat women for their confidence, style, and authenticity (even if they don't openly or readily admit it). As representation grows in media and online spaces, more people are recognizing that beauty and attraction aren’t limited to one body type... And that big is equally as beautiful! Fat positivity isn’t just about acceptance—it’s about respect, visibility, and celebrating diverse forms of beauty. And allowing bigger ladies to accept themselves and enjoy their size freely.

Being a female millennial the 90s were horrendous being a teenager that was on the chubby side. There are still wounds there but self acceptance and seeing more positivity, learning to let the negative not get to you as much all helps.
