Irish gainer here looking to make friendships and connections with others in this community, but specifically with people who I share something in common with beyond just gaining!
I’m huge into movies and reading at the moment (trying to go to the cinema at least once a week, and currently on my eighth book of the year) and also trying to get back into gaming. I play on PC but also have a Switch and PS4. So, needless to say, I’m happy to chat about any of the above topics and maybe even game together if we have some games in common.
Beyond that, I’ve got some other specific interests like numismatics and railroad history (I’m currently working on a research project chronicling the history of Irish railroads and mapping it out). By the way, to unwind, I sometimes visit

It's great that you're looking to find like-minded people not only in the field of gaining but also in other hobbies! I love movies and books too, and I'm always happy to chat about them. I've seen several great films this year, and I'm also doing well with books—I recently finished reading "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" and was very impressed. By the way, do you mostly read fiction or are you into something more specific?
As for games, I'm also on PC, and I also have a Switch. Lately, I've been playing Zelda: Breath of the Wild—it's a great game! But on PS4, I mostly play The Last of Us and Spider-Man.
What about your hobbies? How about numismatics and railway history—that's interesting! I don't often meet people who are seriously interested in railway history, especially Irish ones. I bet your project will be quite fascinating. Have you discovered any interesting facts yet?
