Gaining

So, I didn't make it up to 30 like I hoped but I'm pretty satisfied with the 24 pounds I gained this past week. Check out my profile for a comparison pic.

24 pounds is pretty amazing, are you thinking of continuing to gain?

MassiveMyke ( thegaininglife.tumblr.com/post/67276687976/the-gaining-life-episode-25-massivemyke-this ) gained like 30 pounds in a week, but he had just LOST 200-some-odd. Re-gains are faster and more intense than gains.

Fat Nat (on the same site) gained 18 in a week at Gainer House, and I believe that was an initial gain.

Well, I haven't started eating kale salads or anything if you catch my drift.
