Well depending on the situation, when I stuff my self at Mc Donald’s I defenatly wear clothes that are tight and sit at a place we’re people are gone see me 
Or going to the fitness center I some times wear t-shirts that show case the amount of bubbler that accumulated around my midsection a specially when sitting at the mashines
Also i don’t have any problems going to the pool or taking of my shirt in apropiate situations.
I don’t like to show it in a working context etc
