I love this answer and all of these examples. Any action that helps someone to "not feel as if they are less because they are overweight" is a form of fat empowerment, imo.
I agree, and I've just realised my initial post may have made it seem like I was being dismissive of what OP was calling fat empowerment vs what is fat empowerment to me, which wasn't my intention. So I apologise if I did come across that way.
