Gaining

NoMoYoYo:
There's no doubt I eat salty foods. This weekend especially. Maybe that's all it is.

I should probably lay off salt a bit. I type as I'm sitting at Wendy's chowing down on just under 2000 calories. The Frosty I'm gonna grab on my way out will put me over 2000...and its not as salty lol

Munchies:
The best thing anyone can do is know what they eat - fetish or not. If you are eating fast food, you can find the details on the website.

Many people don't look at the nutritional labels on food because they don't feel a need to. Meanwhile, many feedists are afraid to look because they feel guilty for "ruining" their bodies.

Both views aren't wise. You wouldn't build a house without checking the materials. You should do the same with the food you eat.

NoMoYoYo:
I eat fast food because its easy calories. I've been on their nutrition info pages, but basically to see the calories (and fats, carbs, protein). But I haven't done a deep dive to see what's actually in the food. ie salt/sodium content. Or in any food really. Every gain I've ever done has involved a lot of fast food. I know I should cut back. Especially if I'm looking for a prolonged, slower gain, but I like it too much. Which is probably why I get to a point that I'd rather not gain any more. I'm hoping to turn the page there. I just wanna be fat.

I'm not saying you can't be fat. I'm a feeder, after all. I'm just saying you gotta be smart about it. I have seen many a gainer and feedee have to stop gaining completely because their gaining methods screwed up their health. The same can be said about the slow and steady gainers.

I don't think you wanna go from a yo-yo dieter to someone who cannot gain under pain of death.

It's not all fast food or even junk food. I do eat fruits and vegetables. But I do hear what you're saying.

Are there any foods you like to feed your partner that great for gaining but are on the healthier side?

Bear in mind that we are on a gaining break, but I can give you some dishes.

- Puff pastry with salmon and spinach

- Peanuts

- Pizza with veggies

- Pasta with broccoli and cheese sauce

Huh. Everything the list starts with P. Wild.

I haven't done puff pastry with salmon, but I've had everything else. I had a very large serving of pasta with a fake alfredo sauce last night. Made a roux, added broth, milk and parmesan. Had that with chicken and veggies on the side.
