Honestly, a I was making the list and watching that "never had" category fill up, that thought did occur to me 😅

Admittedly though, my family didn't eat out often. My dad usually cooked something, with the exception of if his MS was flaring.

But I remember that when I was little, I'd get to go to Mcdonald's once a week if I did good at home. I was able to show them the booth where i sat at a a kid in 2018, a year before we moved. I was 21.

Chic fil a is overrated imo it’s good but I’ve had better chicken sandwiches at some of the places on this list, raisin canes is like that too

Sooo many on this list are exclusive to the south

I will say that even though I find it solid, Chic fil a is definitely overhyped by it's crowd.

Every time I’m out and about and I drive past a chic fil a the line is out the street wrapped around the block, and I don’t get it why wait that long for a mid chicken sandwich and cold waffle fries… yeah nah I’m sticking to McDonald’s lol in and out and my belly is stuffed for a little under 50 dollars it’s like 80 dollars for me to get stuffed at chic fil a

Honestly, I will say that Mcdonald's has the best nuggets, and their fries are a dead tie with Hardees.

That said, if you're eating in, Cici's Pizza has one of the cheapest and best pizza buffets! Plus they have tons of different types of pizza!

Y’all got pizza ranch out by you? It’s kinda a pizza buffet but there’s fried chicken and taters and stuff like it. One of the goats imo. Buffets tend to be a bit localized… RIP old country buffet

Pizza ranch is amazing, just recently had Casey's and it hit the spot just like pizza ranch but cheaper. The crusts taste so sweet.

Aside from pizza, I’ve turned to the more “pricey” places. Whataburger, chickfila, panera all have been staples. Local stuff has mainly been on my radar if eating fast food as well.

Taco bell makes me happy, but there is always a problem with the food. It is absolutely absurd how many times they mess up.

Panda and subway both are iffy for me. There’s not much I like, but I sometimes get in a mood. Subway is just good road trip food.

Recently, McDonalds has been the most disgusting thing to touch my mouth. Even though it’s somewhat cheaper, the quality of the food is so repulsive I cannot even go in for more. Tried to do breakfast only for McDonalds and even then couldn’t finish my stuff, same for my partner. Wish I could. I used to love the mcchicken when it was half the current price with chicken that was juicy and lettuce that was fresh. Now its inedible, if I crave a mcchicken I get a chicken jr from bk, which is also just okay.

Back when I would eat meat I used to get a McChicken every once in a while cause they were cheap, but I’d always get cartilage in them which grossed me out. McDonald’s fajitas were awesome though.

Definitely not the most exciting list but I am a pretty basic eater. McDonald’s is generally my go to because it fills me up with basic fast food for a reasonable price.
