Ditzy: When I first started gaining on purpose the fat went to my butt, thighs and hips. At one point I lost about 100 lbs before surgery on my ankles. Once healed up I started gaining again I noticed a lot of fat went to my belly and I was much flabbier everywhere on my body. Developed a huge double belly and got a lot wider in the hips and legs. Not really trying to gain for the last 8 years but I have still kept slowly gaining at times due to binge eating / compulsive over eating disorder. In the last year or so my face has gotten chubbier which is something it never did in the past.

I get a lot of my gain in my boobs, but I actually gained thicker feet (not wider or longer, bottom and top of foot) which is a pain in the ass for shoe shopping. I've also got a decent belly, love handles, and back rolls.
Obviously to my belly. Lately, as I’ve gained some more weight I have noticed how much tighter my underwear and pants are on my thighs and butt. I’m thankful for this as I know there aren’t a lot of big butted men out there, so I think this makes me more unique.
SumoSized: For me, like most guys it's going straight to my belly but in the last few months a bit more of it has been going to my ass and thighs. Which is unexpected, but it feels really nice
The fat accumulates significantly on the lower part of the belly and sides, and recently to a greater extent on the lower back. However, it should be noted that it's very 'bottom-heavy.
For me it distributes all over, some spots more then others. Lately a lot of my fat has been accumulating on my backside. It’s so epic to see cellulite in places that you’d never think could get extensive cellulite!
