I've always thought Thanksgiving sounded so fun, and this year, I decided at the last minute to celebrate it on my own. It wasn’t entirely traditional: I went with chicken carbonara and mashed potatoes, some sides, and lots of sweets—cheesecake, Danish pastries, and dark chocolate peanutbutter cups. It was amazing. I hope next year I’ll be able to celebrate with others, either in person or online 😊
So long as you eat a whole bunch of food, you are doing it right.
