Healthy fats/calories?

This might be a little too in depth but I’m going to try and explain. It really depends on your body type. Some people can handle a lot of healthy oils and fats. Eating calorie dense foods can help pack on a lot of weight without really hurting your overall health.

Other people may be more sensitive to that much fat and will have to take a different approach. There are gluten tolerant and gluten free approaches to this method of healthier gaining as well.

I think it is up to the individual to find what works best for them and then increase portion sizes if you are looking to gain weight.
