Outgrow seating

First one I noticed was airplane seats (which are tiny) where the arm rest left a huge bruise on my love handles and I needed an extender... also buses I typically take up a seat and a half...

Often when eating out we have half booths (wall book on one side, chair on other) and when I'm on the booth side I often have to push the table out. Plus I'll have to move it sideways to get in and out of the booth...

Similarly is movie theaters, we exclusively go to the one with reclining loveseats.

I'm pretty super sized, currently hovering between 560 and 565 pounds. I'm also very large around my midsection, with a belly that bulges out in front. I'm very cautious with where I sit because I don't want to embarrass myself, damage any furniture, or get hurt. Booths, standard chairs with arms, and lawn/pool furniture have been out of the question for a very time. My bariatric home desk chair is sturdy enough to hold me, but I do bulge over both arm rests. I'm also very careful with sofas. If I'm visiting family or a friend, I make sure I don't plop down in the middle of a sofa. If it's not well made, that could end badly.

At 560, I do have a little more leeway than I did when I briefly got over 600. At my highest weight, right after Christmas, I couldn't fit in the front seat of our van. For that reason, as well as for other health reasons, I had to drop a few pounds. Many Ubers still remain out of the question.


So l’m over 600 now…l like it but it’s a challenge. The thing is, l’m not trying to lose, but l can’t drive now, and my knees are lretty shot. Imhave a huge belly.

I had a camping chair that gave way on me. The weight capacity of the chair was 200-225-lbs. I was weighing about 240-lbs. I bought a new chair from Walmart that had a weight limit of 300-lbs. Now, I’m more comfortable. My colleague at my former place of work had broken two chains.

As ive gotten bigger, its cinema seats that i struggle with!

I love going to the movies, but have had to start going to specific cinemas because there are cinemas in the UK that I just dont fit in anymore lol

Most chairs I sit in I overflow and it really starts to dig into my ass and hips. I feeling feeling stuck and hearing the chairs creak , crack and bend.

The metal chair I bought is just a folding chair but I thought it would be stronger. I have 4 of them but it bends , creaks and just isn’t wide enough at all.

Hurts to sit in and is only getting smaller as I get bigger. Feeling the tightness of clothes or seating is huge turn on.

At almost 300 lbs.
Im struggeling so much with all chairs with arm rests.
Im to wide, they dig into my tights so much and it hurts a lot.
Im also to big for almost all booths, there is no room for my big belly 😅
Im also put growing my car, my fat ass are touching the door on one side and overflowing the seat belt connecter on the other, wich is also very uncomfortable 😅😍
I have had a few chairs collaps on me aswell, wich has been the most embarrassing moments of my life 😪 in my country most chairs are only rated for arround 240 lbs 😅
