Fit to fat experience

Skinny-fat doesn't seem to garner as much attention as the more dramatic gains around here.

Keep showing off what you've done to yourself, every bit of it is hot AF.

Yeah I dont get why it's not more popular, skinny fat is just the journey to the bigger gains, and frankly one of my favorite parts!

that's why it is good to quote the post when you respond - the original post will disappear when a fly-by-night user deletes their account, but the quote will stay.

Fit to fat experience

I had the same experience but on a wider time scale. 10 years ago, lost weight and got down to about 15 stone and was very toned.

But then i injured my shoulder and i started enjoy eating and now i gained it all back and more. Gain 6 stone steadily, and now i love how i jiggle.

Its difficult because i have an active job although my role has changed to being more desk based but i still have to be active or i lose my job, but i do enjoy the benefits of starting to outgrow office chairs haha

Fit to fat experience

I grew up underweight but wanted to get fat for as long as I could remember. I started gaining a little bit when I was in college. By the time I was 20 I was about 100 pounds (I’m 4’10 for reference) I was still skinny and I had nice curves. I got a boyfriend and opened up about wanting to gain weight. I starting stuffing weekly, which became a few times a week, which became gorging myself every day 😂 my weight started going up really fast and I wasn’t paying attention to how big I was getting. Once I started to get stretch marks on my belly I realized how far I’ve actually gone but still continued eating away. Now I’m around 170 which put me in the stage 2 obesity range and I’m only 23. Can’t wait to get even bigger!

Fit to fat experience

I was a bit fat at highschool, but then I lost all the weight before heading off to uni. At uni I joined a rowing team and trained a lot and got in good shape. I was amazed at the sensation of having muscle and feeling so fit. But of course I slacked off on my diet, saying the training made up for it. As I continued to drink and party and pig out at the canteen buffet I started to get a bit of a belly but I was still training and quite fit. Then I started slacking with the training, I started getting softer and struggling with the workouts. Then I stopped training, so that would’ve resulted in gains, but what kicked it into overdrive was that covid then hit - I basically did nothing but sit at my PC and eat. I’d order two XL pizzas a night and supplement with chocolate and snacks from the store. I gained over 100lbs during the lockdowns and it got to the point where I outgrew all my clothes from pre-lockdown, bursting them at the seams. My old teammates were pretty shocked haha. Since then I’ve had some fluctuations, my weight fell a bit but recently I’ve gained 50 or 60lbs and am the heaviest I’ve ever been.

Similar experience however I was always a jock in high school and college. In college I joined a frat and the wrestling team to stay in shape but eventually the partying, drinking, and other things led me down a path of gaining. Then I got addicted and now I'm here!
