Slight scare all good tho

it’s tough but I’m still around just thought it might keep me from overeating but I can’t seem to stop smiley

Well, do you have a plan in place?

Was good for a few days actually did like 2 days with a fast then broke yesterday and today but I went and got some stuff for salads and chicken. I did go to physical therapy, which was good. I don’t really know where to start

I'd start by noting your strengths, weaknesses, and short-, medium-, and long-term goals to get your bearings on this. Play to your strengths, and devise a plan to deal with your weaknesses.


I’ll try that thank you. probably gonna take it easy within reason this weekend. But even my splurges yesterday and Tuesday were moderate relative to normal. I haven’t been on a scale at all but I doubt much has changed.

I wouldn't worry too much about hoping on a scale yet. I'd keep my focus on transitioning to a normal appetite. Once you got a handle on that, then you can start worrying about everything else.
