I think it boils down to two things:
First, make sure she is a competent person. (A heck of a lot of peopel aren't competent at all i think, so thats something to be concerned about.)
Then, just be blunt about it, but at the same time, make sure to not get her uncomfortable. Put the things you wanna communicate to her i a proper order, from first to last.
