If you want to make this fantasy a reality, you need to see both sides of the medal - as a feedee and feeder
As a feedee you become completely dependend on your feeder as soon as you are immobile. He can treat you the way he wants - and can live out any perversion on your body. You also have to trust him that he cares for you - kep you clean, put lotion on your skin - and later take care that the machines that keep you alive work propperly.
As a feeder you have understand that its a lot of reponsibility and its not cheap. You have to take care of your feedee as you can't just let her (or him) vegetate or treat her like she is just a dumpster.
Last not least the feeder has all the work, the costs and the responsibility - and he ahs to explain the fat corpse after the the feedee died.

I want this so badly. Just so hard to find female feeders who want this in real life

This is definitely one of my bigger fantasies. I was a jock in college and I've put on around 175 lbs already. To go from beefy fit to barely able to catch my breathe is so alluring to me. I want my feeder to realize just what they are doing to me as I get fed or pounded. Then I want my old teammates to visit me and see just how out of control I got and how huge with a picture of me in my glory days hanging on the wall behind me

That's my thinking I think I can get to 600 and still function if a bit restricted. But when I am off the work hook just let go, 800 or more.
