I'm curious about this as well since I've been wanting to make these hwc shakes for my girlfriend as well as myself, but she's a bit lactose intolerant. :\

How much have you gained from it and how fast. I'm doing heavy cream right now. I quickly went over my 124lbs platue now I'm trying to burst thru my 128.5 one...

You would store fat within days, yes. Where it goes depends on your genetics, like any other weight gain. Half and half would work if you drink enough but not as effectively. Best of luck.

Simple, as much as you can without making yourself ill. Try a glass, see how you go. If you're okay, do more next time.

That's how I use the heavy ceam. I drink it right before bed to maximize it's full potential. Not healthy, but my favorite way to pack-on the pounds. My lower stomach has gotten so soft...

There could be many variables, but I think atleast a pound is possable. Combine it with other fattening foods and.....

I've started drinking heavy cream and its so addicting, a week ago I had a small carton and it was so good I went back and got another.

I love that a 500ml carton has 1600 calories, but the cholesterol is a big concern so I've started using metamucil to help balance it out (plus if you follow the directions it adds another 200+ calories per day) the last two days I've drank almost two litres

I haven't noticed any gains yet, is it true what they say about it causing delayed results ?

I wonder, does the metamucil in any way reduce or prevent the absortion of the fat? Iam not sure, but is there anyway to reverse the effects of drinking the heavy cream. I am hopping that once swallowed and broken down by the body, that there is no way to remove it from the body.

I hope not lol I usually allow about 8 hours before I take the metamucil. And I also have an ensure plus right before bed )
