Typical meals eaten on average day: Breakfast - large coffee with lots of cream and sugar, 2 breakfast wraps, a muffin, a doughnut, 3 hashbrowns; Lunch: Varies, either a crap ton of dumplings or a shrimp burrito, with a side of chips and queso, and 2 churros; Dinner pt. 1: usually fast food before the fiancé gets home, a couple crispy chicken ranch snack wraps, either a double cheeseburger or a hamburger + 6 nuggets, and a hot fudge sundae; Dinner pt 2: at home- seasoned chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, some kind of salad or out- usually thai, pad thai, spring rolls, mango cheesecake; Snacks: oreos, granola bars, spoonfuls of peanut butter, lots of iced tea, fruit
Exercise amount: since mid June, 4 1hr dance classes per week
Laziness level: Depends on if im motivated (food or something i like)
Relationship with food: Complicated, love indulging, obsessed with flavours, always wanting to try more foods, like feeling my belly fill and expand and hurt from fullness, struggling with impacts to social participation/health
