My wife is about 330/340 pounds and sexy as heck, but she maintains her numbers where they are. Gaining up to 400 would probably be a snap, but mobility would be that much harder.
A lot of people forget that height has a lot to do with how big you can get and still move around. If you are 6' and up, you can make it is 400 and still be mostly mobile. But if you are short, you are not going to be so fortunate.
