Mine is fairly boring, as it's just extreme stuffing, but it worked. I would fill up at breakfast, stuffing past my limit on heavy, fattening food until I felt like there was no way I could swallow another mouthful. Immediately when the pressure subsided the slightest bit, I would eat something else, aiming to feel a little tighter than before. I ensured I didn't go more than an hour without eating. Occasionally, when I felt absolutely fit to burst, I would stretch myself more with liquid. Doing this put 80 pounds on me in two months during summer 2023, and it increased my capacity to the point it was easy to eat 20,000 calories or more a day and never feel stuffed. I eventually no longer even had digestive issues from eating like this because I adjusted. There were only two drawbacks, the first being the extreme cost of food. Groceries were our biggest monthly expense at my gaining peak. Second, once you've become accustomed to such gluttony, it's VERY hard to cut back. Initially, when I was tapering, I felt like I was starving on 10,000 calories a day.

80 pounds in 2 months???? I can't imagine your joints were too pleased with you - that seems so extreme.
I cannot imagine how much you were eating to hit 20k per day.

With some major medical consequences, which is why I had to stop. I'm currently 578. If my body and health could handle it, I'd gladly gain another hundred pounds, but alas ...
That said, as far as what I was eating... For a time, our food budget by far exceeded every other expense in the house. I was eating something at least just about every hour, and an average breakfast would often be something like six eggs, 10 sausage patties, A bowl of fruit, a pound of breakfast potatoes, a bowl of cereal, and three biscuits. My blood pressure, cholesterol, knees, back, hips, and heart hated me for it, but my capacity became enormous, and it helped me put on weight ike crazy.
