Gaining

I just started gaining and drinking heavy cream again. I did a gain a few months ago with heavy cream. I gained about 30-35lbs. But then hit a plateau and couldn't seem to get passed it. So I took a break of a few months. I saw my Weight go down a little but then went back to where I hit the plateau before. So it seemed that bit that I lost came back on its own or was a delayed gain. Seeing that I'm trying gaining again. Maybe starting out at this point will result in breaking the plateau. I've definetly noticed changes. Which is what caused me to try again. I'm excited for the potential. I've noticed that chugging a smaller amount of cream combined with eating something, especially carbs/sugar helps with gaining. I try to be careful with too much sugar as I want subcutaneous gains. I guess I will see. best luck to everyone!

Be sure to get digestive enzymes or your body won't absorb it and your stool will be very puffy n runny

I used to do that and it caused diabetes which isnt bad but you need insulin and enzymes to process it or it will float in your blood

I’ve chugged just under a pint of heavy cream now for a month which is the longest period I’ve done it for, I tried before. It’s been great soft fat has accumulated all over the body, especially love handles so I think I’m past my previous biggest of 205lbs.
I’m taking a break now from the cream and I’m hoping for the delayed gains people are telling about.
Those of you who experienced it for how long did it last? Did you still stuff yourself silly after stopping chugging or did you eat regular meals but still gained a lot of weight?

The weight I gained from cream stuck, but it definitely never went on as fast as the cream put it on. The stretch marks I have were 100% from my stint with heavy cream, ice cream, and cake mix shakes I used to make myself. Sometimes I wish I could go back to that…..
