Fat experiences

I've been trying to keep my feet elevated today due to some swelling, so I've been sitting in a recliner. I just got up to grab a drink, and oh man was it a dramatic struggle. 😄

Forgetting that I can't just walk up a few flights of stairs at a decent pace any more.

Having to get a new office chair as i got to big for the old one

ya im easily out of breath after a flight of stairs

Feeling my belly in the way when I bend over! I used to be able to bend in half no problem but now it’s in the way 🥵

Hard to get up out of chairs. Feeling my belly on my thighs.

Just got a new longer seat belt extender. My belly needed more room😊.

And getting out of bed or the bath tub….and the sofa is not easy either.
