Heavy cream is very sneaky
Heavy cream helped fatten the little man up.
I guess I don't care for gaining very fast. I've really enjoyed watching the change in him, so I don't mind that it takes a long time.
He drank the cream often, along with his additional food, and I could feel a difference. I would never recommend drinking as much as a litre a day. Thats a little too crazy for me.

I’ve been doing it straight from the carton, a pint (I know, it’s not much) a day. I do feel constantly bloated and I’ve been noticing things jiggling that didn’t before. I’m getting fatter all over, but my stomach and butt seem to be getting the most of it ( with my thighs, moobs, and arms gaining equally after those). My current daily stuffing is as follows:
4 regular size meals
1 pint heavy cream, immediately followed up with half a liter of coke (seems to keep my stomach calm doing this) 3 little Debbie brownies.
So usually I’ll have a meal, cream, coke, brownies all within a hour period. I swear I can feel my gut stretching to the limits.

Heavy cream can be a problem for many, some just can't seem to get it down. The woman I feed was that way and then I added a handful of strawberries and a few cubes of ice to the blender then added it to the heavy cream and just pulsed the blender to mix it. This did the trick the strawberries though sweet add tartness and the ice cuts the viscosity. Now from not being able to take heavy cream she can drink a 16 oz glass after each meal and 1 before bed totalling 64 oz per day.

Wouldn't that be 32oz a day, not 64? Lol

Is a 16 oz glass after 3 meals a day plus one before bed not total 64 oz.

I think a liter would be more than your body could process and most of it would be wasted. If you did want to do that, it’s something you should ramp up to, the odds of getting sick off of that much cream is really high.

Tried two days of heavy cream. Made a shake with equal parts cream and melted ice cream plus juice.
Small amount, just 500 ml in total. Have an upset stomach all day. So this is not working for me...

Has anyone else experienced significant changes in cholesterol due to heavy cream?
This summer in late May I drank about 1-2 cups a day for 10 days. I then took some time off cuz I was freaking out. My body was getting squishy. I dunno, I guess I didn't expect fat to feel that way! I've always been thin and athletic. So I switched to eating a lot of ice cream all summer due to having my wisdom teeth taken out, but wasn't eating the ice cream in hopes of gaining, just to survive
Later, in early July I had routine bloodwork done. Every year my "bad" LDL has been about 80 but this time it shot up to 100. Meanwhile, my "good" HDL has always been about 50 but dropped to 35
Anyone else notice changes in their bloodwork due to cream?
I recently started cream again about 5 days ago and am kind of freaking out. I barely checked my lab results today and am scared to do more damage

I mean, it makes sense. Things wit high fat content can screw with your chloresteral pretty bad (like cream, milk, etc.)
You could try eating oatmeal, avacados, etc. to kind of help bring it down a bit and maybe lay off cream? If you're scared for your health don't feel bad about backing off something.
Good luck!
