If any of you guys are interested I've been breeding the starter Pokemon in my X version so I hope to have at least four of every one soon. I just started on Cyndaquils now. Will have to evolve my Totodile first and do a bit of levelling to start breeding them, so right now as it stands I have 4x Turtwigs (all male), 4x Pipulps (3 male, 1 female), 4x Chimchars (3 male, 1 female), two Mudkips (1 male, 1 female) and one Torchic male from Spain, 4x Chikoritas (3 male, 1 female) and one Cyndaquil so far a male. I will start on the Unova trio after I finish the Johto ones.

Four new Mega's!


Mega Beedrill has the ability Adaptability, and its Attack and Speed greatly increase.


Mega Pidgeot has the ability No Guard, and its Special Attack increases.


You can fly on Mega Latios & Latias in the overworld and find Pokémon such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga & Palkia in the sky. Latios is exclusive to Omega Ruby and Latias is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire.

It might still be in there, Nintendo Japan is only releasing small details about it right now. Maybe they're making it a surprise.

Neat, and I see Pokemon Amie is back too.

On the downside, trainer customization is gone, so no skin color and clothing changes/etc. Disappointing.

During an event last week, Game Freak's Junichi Masuda confirmed that trainer customization had been removed from the upcoming remakes: "In terms of the customization of the trainer, that was really kind of a special thing for the Kalos region, which featured this kind of motif of France and really focused on this beauty and fashion aspect, which is why it was a prominent feature in that game. For this game, we're focusing on adventuring elements, so we don't have the actual free customization of the trainer, but you'll see the items you use throughout the game visually represented; for example, when you're underwater, you'll have this little mouthpiece that lets you breathe. So there's some cool stuff for how your trainer changes clothes and puts on accessories throughout the game."

It has also been confirmed in an interview with NTower that, although X & Y are compatible with Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, X & Y will not receive a patch to include the new Mega Evolutions and Primal Reversions.

I guess X&Y users can't battle with those using any new Mega Evolutions in OR/AS then...
