Stuffing

What my 62,00 calorie day looked like

LouisXXIV:
I am really curious, these food adds to more than 30 pounds, or at least about 15~20 liters of solids in volume. These seems more than the theoretic gastronomial volume of a normal human, plus the weight of body fat lying on the internal organs also compress our stomach and intestines and decrease their possible volume.

Do you train your appetite volume, or more by natural gain these suprehuman ability? Do you feel that it is your stomach, or lower intestines, that holds this gigantic amount of food during the day? Is your metabolism really fast to decompose these food amount, and, turn them into body weight?

I mean absplutely no offense, this is purely out of shocking curiousity...

Absolutely no offense taken, as this is quite a legitimate question.

I've always been big and have had a large appetite. I was well over 300 lb when I graduated from high school, and I fluctuated between about 325 and 375 for years. At the urging of my then- primary care doctor, I lost some weight and was very briefly at 190. While that's clinically still obese for a woman my height, I felt too small, and I was constantly hungry while trying to maintain that weight. I regained on purpose and did so with a vengeance with major stuffings. Because I wanted wanted get bigger quickly, I intentionally stretched my stomach capacity, pushing myself through soda chugs, rapid eating, and increasingly large meals. My tactic was staying as full as humanly possible, and pushing myself more and more when I felt like I couldn't continue eating. Eventually, 10,000 calories a day became a light day, and 20,000 a day became easily manageable. Though I have briefly stabilized and maintained at times, the overall trend has been upward.

This kind of frenzied gaining definitely hasn't been without consequences. I've had breathing difficulties, sleep apnea (use a CPAP), very high blood pressure at times, ripped stretched marks , non-alcoholic related fatty liver disease, and needed heart surgery. That in itself was an ordeal, as the first hospital where I was treated couldn't accommodate my size at 600-ish pounds, and the second had to make major accommodations. During that process as they prepared for emergency treatment, they removed 14L of food from my stomach, and my MRI showed both my stomach and intestines are grossly distended.

Currently, I'm doing as well medically as someone over 700 lb can expect. I'm still mobile, with lots of household accommodations and help, and I anticipate I'll probably gain some more weight. I know this can't continue indefinitely, but I'm really pleased at the moment with how big I've gotten. Because I'm taking a bit of a gaining break, I miss being super stuffed and am ready to get back to it.

When I'm very full, I can tell a lot of the food is sitting in my stomach because the top of my belly becomes tight and rock hard. As I digest, I usually bulge out in front more and more for a day or two before things start to settle. It's very hard to say where the food sits the longest, because when I'm actively gaining, I never let my stomach feel empty. I usually get as full as I possibly can, and then stay stuffed for days or even a couple of weeks. I will add there are major digestive consequences to eating like I do. I'll leave it at that!

I do tend to absorb more calories as fat than everything I've read indicates is possible. If I go 10,000 calories above maintenance, I usually gain for three or four pounds. Bigger feasts just lead to more and more weight gain, as well as to an incredibly stretched stomach and big appetite. Saturday, I did go over maintenance and had about 9,100 calories. I was never full and am fighting cravings right now.

I hope this answers some of your questions, but feel free to ask away.
