Physically, it's a coin flip for me between black hair and red hair. Eye color doesn't really matter (but I do love the combination of pale skin, black hair, and striking blue eyes on a girl). I like girls on the curvy side of athletic. I love the idea of contrast between my huge, soft, flabby body and a slim, flexible, athletic body.

Intelligence and a great sense of humour are a must for a long term relationship, but for sex anyone who happens to appeal, be they slightly chubby to very fat. A pretty face is also a big plus and I usually find fatter girls keep their looks for longer.
