What is your opinion of shaved pubic hair on a man ?

It is something I have wondered what women think of.
About 10 years ago, I shaved my pubic hair off, mainly because while all the other hair on my body was dark brown, my pubes were ginger, and it just looked a bit, well, odd to be honest. So after seeing loads of men in porn clips with shaved genitals I decided to do the same (and very erotic it was the first time I shaved them off lol)
But, while my partner loves it, and also shaves hers, I often wonder what the general opinion is from other women about men who shave pubes ?
Do you think it is nice, sexy, hygienic, more attractive ? Or, do you think it is a bit feminine, and prefer hairy blokes down there ?
It is a genuine enquiry, because it's not something you can just ask any female you meet, at a bus stop etc !!!
Oh and in case anyone wondered, no I don't shave anything else, well apart from my face heheh ......

I did not expect every female on the site to have the same opinion !
I am 45 years old afterall, not 15 lol, so I do understand that not everything with breasts is identical
Yes my partner loves it, but I wanted to ask what the opinions were of a wide variety of ladies, hence the post, because I am interested in everybody's opinion, however different it is
