I am not effeminate, but I get gay guys PM me. When I tell them I am straight, they try to persuade me to become gay. So maybe, it is not a reflection of you, but just the people who contact you.

I can be "effeminate" in the sense I like to be thin, long haired and prefer form fighting clothes and the occasion skinny jeans. It's just what I like, whatever. I also have a good amount of female friends.

I tend to attract a lot of homosexual males. Personally doesn't bother me and end up friends with a lot of them.

As said before, just take it as a compliment.
