It's made more difficult to understand by the two spellings of foodie/foodee.
A foodie as Elanor says is someone who enjoys food/cooking/eating/cookery shows/gourmet stuff.
The word feedee has the suffix "ee" which often means being the recipient (eg donor/donee) or beneficiary (eg. Employer/employee). So a feedee is someone who is (or wants to be) fed by a feeder.
My feeling was that foodie has been misspelled as foodee because of its similarity to the word feedee. Foodies aren't receiving anything.
However in looking it up I might be wrong:
"Ee": a suffix forming from transitive verbs nouns which denote a person who is the object or beneficiary of the act specified by the verb ( addressee; employee; grantee); recent formations now also mark the performer of an act, with the base being an intransitive verb ( escapee; returnee; standee) or, less frequently, a transitive verb ( attendee) or another part of speech ( absentee; refugee).
