I once read a story here (in the story section) about two people with excess skin and it was a romantic and sexy story. I'm not sure if I can find it again.

The best advice I can give you would be to look into a therapist, especially if you are suffering from anorexia. They should be able to help you work out ways to make this internal battle of yours easier and relieve the peer pressure you're feeling regarding your virginity and how you're correlating your sexual desirability with your self-worth.

(And if it helps you feel better, my current partner's virginity lasted until her mid-20's. It's not all that unusual.)
