I think it's pretty common - rather than switching, what about mutual? Where you feed each other?

I was equally both feedee and feeder until I gained about 150 pounds. Now I'm mostly a feeder and happy with my size, but I have my occasional feedee moments.

So I said I was happy with my size, just with occasional feedee moments... well I've had the urge to gain again (and finally started again last weekend), so for the time being I guess I'm back to both!
