Gaining

Can you add the maltodextrin to sweet tea? How about a coffee w/ creamer? Would adding a scoop of cytocarb to morning coffee, 1 scoop to shake and 1 to evening sweet tea have an effect of gaining weight w/o exercise?
My gainer didn't like how it made things airy frothy almost...

Just a caution, maltodextrin has the highest glycemic index of any carbohydrate—anywhere between 140-150.

That's twice as high as table sugar/sucrose.

If you want diabetes, make maltodextrin a staple in your diet. There are far healthier and more effective ways to get fat.

Maybe that’s what some of these feeders actually want for their feedee. ???
