You can expect to slow down a little. Tasks that used to be easy will get harder. You will find that you take the shortest walking route possible. You may get winded easier. I know that I try and avoid stairs (although it is kinda fun to get to the top and feel like an out of shape fatty).

Unless you've won a genetic lottery with regards to fat legs, you'll mostly be outgrowing waistlines of things, until you get *really* big, like 500+ and your body gets kind of androgynous because all the fat cells have hecked up your hormones. Then you'll start getting really fat in the arms and legs, too, if you weren't already.
