...you get like a lower belly that hangs way down? I've heard different terms, and not sure if they're appropriate to use? What should I call it? I am trying to reproduce that with padding and want to know what it's called. Thanks gang!

The term I am most familiar is a "Mother's Apron" . An old GF ( large double belly )called her lower belly that.
