To enhance your drink you can tell them "no water"
I was once suggested to order things like "matcha green tea latte; no water" and "chai latte; no water." It means they won't dilute the green tea/chai concentrate with water. Only works with hot lattes, not cold lattes
I've never drank their lattes with water, so I don't know the difference. All I know is I do like their no-water versions
