Does anyone have experience with weight gain hypnosis; for help in overcoming gain anxiety, xtra motivation to 'take the gaining plunge'; or for any other gain related reason?
Just curious.
There are a lot of weight gain hypnosis videos on YouTube. I find them inspiring, but I�ve always been a bit scared to really allow myself to go under their influence. SilverHypnosis has some great weight-gain hypnosis, and there are many others which encourage and inspire overeating. Many are designed to calm you as you grow fatter.
