My mother bugged me about my weight gain so much that I told her to gain some weight and see how you like it. She said to prove her point, she would gain weight to show me how bad it is to be fat.
After she had gained 30 lbs, she never complained to me about being fat again. She looks great.

My wife would put down heavier folks all the time. "How could you enjoy sitting on your ass that much, doing nothing?" "How could you watch THAT much TV?"

Then after putting on 100lbs, all she wanted to do is sit on her ass. Talking about Netflix series is her favorite thing to do. And the bigger you get, the lazier and hungrier you are. Once Pandora's box is opened for them, they won't ever comment on someone's weight ever again. They're now in the club and totally understand now.
