Make friends with other fat students
Use homework and studying as opportunities to snack
Stuff yourself at mealtimes
Suggest snacks or eating while out with groups or friends
if you want to play a sport, do something like billiards or bowling.
If you have to walk a lot, plan your timing so you don’t have to speed walk.
Take advantage of any meal plans at your school that let you eat without paying per meal. Learn the discount nights at different restaurants
Any good buffets in your area? Become a regular and make it your goal to eat a little more than last time.
By your clothes with a little extra room so they last longer without being uncomfortable
