Gaining

S people told me heavy cream is the way to go and I just chugged 20cl of heavy milk wich isnt that much I think. And it tasted god awful. Surely I am not the only one.

Try Torani syrup for flavoring cream. It's like melted ice cream.

Mix it 50/50 with whole milk. IMO, that just makes it taste like milk, but richer.

When I worked at Starbucks I would substitute 2% for HC with my white mochas and fraps... helped with the taste a lot
