How to eat a lot of calories without feeling like crap?

So I wanna gain a little bit of weight, but everytime I overeat my face feels so bloated and stuff, I think it's the sodium.

Does anyone have any tips for eating loads of calories without going overboard on sodium, because I hate how bloated my face feels after eating a lot.

Eat good food, not junk. Pasta is an easy choice. Carbs are a good thing to simply increase.

You look quite thin based on your picture so, you probably won't notice any weight gain for a while. Just work on increasing your daily intake and use an app like MyFitnessPal to track your calories/intake. It can show you if you're taking in a ton of salt. If you're not trying to get fat, doing some strength training can also be good.
