But what do you think about insulin resistance in all this process? Should i lose weight first? What could i do, to do it healthy? Is it even posible?
I have normal glucose level but my insulin it's rather high (23.7, and norm is between 0-24) and i really don't know how to decrease it's level. And because of my last 3 moths diet (coke, chips, chocolate bars and so on) my insulin increase from 13 to almost 24 on empty stomach (and 66 after 2h of glucose tolerance test). And my glucose was 96 (reference 70-99) on empty stomach (and after 2h of test 112).
What do you think? Could you advice something?
