I was thinking real but fantasy is cool too.

I guess I'm assuming some sense of responsibility on the part of the feedee. If they want to get too fat to take care of themself and that's impractical obviously it's a bad idea to help them get as fat as they want.

I was working on a story 11 years ago on my original account that feeders had tattoos to identify themselves and some had theirs in hidden areas to keep their fetish a secret.

If you mean behavioral traits, I always liked wrapping your arms around your feedee and call them your "growing girl" or "growing boy" depending on who you're with
