I’ve gained a total of 35 pounds since March. It started off unintentionally, but when I noticed it, I kind of just started letting myself go and got so huge. I started at 215 and I’m now 250. With it not being over yet I wonder how much bigger I’ll get.
I’ve been trying to maintain eating every 2 hours or so when I’ve been working from home and it’s been working pretty well. That gives your system enough time to process everything and for the fullness to go away for the most part. Plus it’s made me hungry all the time now since my bodies gotten used to it.
Since march 2020 I probably gained 55-60 lbs, 4-5 stones, I've eaten everything I can from whole chocolate Gateau's, burgers.....I just want to get super obese (:
